As someone who grew up in a small town and faced the challenges of my own disability, I know firsthand how important it is to have the right support and resources. My experiences taught me that with determination and the right opportunities, we can break down barriers and achieve amazing things. That personal journey is what drives me every day to help others overcome obstacles and realize their full potential.

With a background as both an Employment Specialist and job coach, Sierra brings compassion, insight, and commitment to every role she steps into. She especially enjoys being an Employment Specialist because it allows her to witness personal growth firsthand, watching individuals not only find employment but truly thrive in their positions.
